SAA has advised Compagnia Valdostana delle Acque – part of CVA Group, one of the leading Italian companies in the renewable energy sector, on the acquisition of Sunnerg Group, a general contractor for renewable energy projects, active in several jurisdictions including Romania.

CVA is one of the most important Italian companies in the green energy sector and the only integrated producer operating exclusively on renewables sources: water, wind and sun. The CVA Group produces about three billion kWh per year of clean energy: 2.9 billion kWh of hydropower, 320 million kWh of wind power and 17 million kWh of photovoltaic power.

Sunnerg Group is a a general contractor and service provider specialised in the design and implementation of important B2B projects in the renewable energy market. With over 50 projects in 5 different countries, the company offers complete services, from construction up to connection and maintenance.
