Filip & Company law firm has provided legal advice to AROBS Transilvania Software, a global provider of IT solutions and customized software and the largest technology company listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, on the share capital increase operation through which it has raised EUR 28.7 million. This operation represents the largest share capital increase for a listed IT company in Romania. The process consisted of two stages - the first, in which existing shareholders subscribed on the basis of pre-emptive rights, and the second, in which new local and international institutional investors subscribed through a private placement.
