REZOLV ENERGY

We are an independent renewable energy producer in CEE. Under the management team we have previously created and operated the largest wind farms in Croatia and the Czech Republic, and the largest independent wind farm in Romania (80MW). Company’s 100% shareholder is Actis, one of the world’s most respected sustainable infrastructure investors. Actis, now an entirely privately owned organisation, was created in 2004, having spun out from the predecessor organisation to the UK’s development finance institution British International Investments and currently has over US$15 billion of assets under management. Through its investee companies, Actis has an extensive track record of developing, financing, building and operating power projects. To date Actis owned and controlled companies have delivered over 24GW of generation projects, including 11GW of solar and wind.

Rezolv Energy already has 2GW of clean energy being prepared for construction across three sites in Romania, and one 230MW PV project in Bulgaria and a strong pipeline of projects in development across several countries. They will generate 4TWh starting 2025. Rezolv is targeting long-term PPAs with the direct sale of power to corporate and industrial entities. Its projects will provide subsidy-free clean power at a long-term, stable price to support the Romanian economy.
