We have been producing green energy in Romania for 19 years, with the largest private generation capacities in the country. Distribute energy to a quarter of Romania, in the Oltenia and Muntenia regions. Master the creative force of technology, a force that is now changing the world as we know it. 

We believe that, beyond the infinite possibilities of technology, the most important form of energy is the one that comes from people. Because of that, the companies within the Evryo Group create energy for more good. The energy that builds a better future for EVERYone. 

We believe in Green Energy 

We are the largest private producer of renewable energy in Romania. 
The Evryo Wind Park is the largest operational onshore windfarm in Romania. The companies that manage it are Ovidiu Development, Tomis Team, and MW Team Invest. 
In 2021 we obtained our first patent, approved in the United States, for an unique yaw misalignment measurement and correction method. Since 2023, the Evryo Wind Park also includes 3 energy storage battery systems, with an installed power of 6 MW, and a capacity of 6 MWh to ensure mandatory primary reserve. 

We produce green energy through the hydropower system near Reșita, consisting of 4 micro-hydropower plants and associated hydro installations. We have developed the country's first 1,000 kW floating photovoltaic energy system. All those are managed by TMK Hydroenergy Power. 

We manage and invest in the distribution network that provides power supply to seven counties: Argeș, Dolj, Gorj, Mehedinți, Olt, Teleorman, and Vâlcea. 

Distribuție Energie Oltenia actively responds to the ever evolving landscape of technology and remains a reliable partner for consumers and prosumers alike: we have the largest network of prosumers in Romania. 

We produce and distribute not only electricity but also Energy for Good, through the CSR projects created by Evryo Power. We combine our people's energy with the energy of our communities to generate progress and a better future for all of us. 

We have assumed the ESG governance model and are working towards further reducing our carbon emissions in order to achieve the goals of NZBP 2040 (Net Zero Business Plans 2040). 

In 2021, the companies Evryo Power, Ovidiu Development, Tomis Team, MW Team, TMK Hydroenergy Power și Distribuție Energie Oltenia were acquired by the funds administered by Macquarie Asset Management (MAM).
