In a recently published article, Oana Zamă – Partner - and Mircea Vasile - Junior Lawyer - concludes that the act of justice seems to become completely ineffective, because the final judgments by which the courts order the competent authorities to carry out the urban rezoning, if they are not carried out with speed, can only bring the right to delay penalties and compensation for non-execution.
